Remove and reseat the Cold Water Reservoir to ensure alignment is correct.Step 2: Perform a water only brew on the 6 oz. Size into a measuring cup. If the expected amount of water was not dispensed, continue to step 3. Otherwise, troubleshooting successful – you are ready to brew!Step 3: Are you using a Water Filter?. Yes: remove the Water Filter and run a water only brew (no pod). If the brew was successful, change the Charcoal Filter and put the Water Filter back in the brewer.
